Each Boujaad rug has been uniquely handcrafted in the small region of Haouz, between Middle Atlas and the Atlantic Ocean, by local women.
Made with soft wool and natural dyes, the warm colour palette is a signature feature of these story telling, tribal rugs. The unique patterning are traditional Berber motifs that symbolise themes like fertility, spirituality, and rural family life.
She is of vintage heritage and as such shows signs of minor wear, adding to her authenticity, character and charm.
