Rugs – Free Shipping (Australia-Wide)

We offer free shipping on all Moroccan rugs within Australia — no matter the size or location.

Cushions & Smaller Items – Flat Rate

All smaller items (like cushions and accessories) are shipped at a flat rate of $25 AUD within Australia.

Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

If you’re located outside of Australia, please get in touch at hello@moroccantextileco.com.au with the item(s) you’re interested in and your delivery address. We’ll provide you with a custom shipping quote before you purchase.

We work with reliable international couriers to ensure safe delivery of your item wherever you are in the world.

Returns & Exchanges

Each of our rugs and textiles is handmade and one-of-a-kind, with detailed photos and descriptions provided to help you shop confidently.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item arrives flawed or damaged, or

• It is significantly different from the product description or photographs

If you believe your item meets these conditions, please email us at hello@moroccantextileco.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved returns must be sent back in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within Australia, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination and will be confirmed when we quote your shipping rate.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns, as many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
