Daia Vintage Boujaad

Each Boujaad rug has been uniquely handcrafted in the small region of Haouz, between Middle Atlas and the Atlantic Ocean, by local women.

Made with soft wool and natural dyes, the warm colour palette is a signature feature of these story telling, tribal rugs. The unique patterning are traditional Berber motifs that symbolise themes like fertility, spirituality, and rural family life.

Daia is of vintage heritage and as such shows signs of wear and careful repair, adding to her authenticity, character and charm. 

All rugs have been expertly cleaned before leaving Morocco.
